Dynamic Duo Dog Rescue operates between Puerto Rico and Red Bluff, California, with Pacifica serving as a key hub for our foster network. Our passionate team of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and dedicated staff work together to save dogs from overcrowded kill shelters throughout California, to street dogs in Puerto Rico and underserved rural areas like Red Bluff, where the need is urgent. Once rescued, our dogs are transported to nurturing foster homes in Northern California—especially in and around Pacifica—where they receive the love and care they need while awaiting adoption. We’re always looking for more fosters to join us in changing lives, one dog at a time.
