Hopper may only be 9 pounds, but he's already figured out how the household works—and apparently, he's in charge. This pretty little Chihuahua boy is being fostered with dogs of all sizes and ages, along with cats, birds, and livestock, and somehow manages to run the whole coup.

He's playful, spunky, and a lot of fun, but Hopper also has that classic Chihuahua chill mode. Once he's comfortable, he's perfectly happy to settle in and hang out with you. He can take a minute to warm up when he first meets someone, but just give him a little time and he opens up quickly.

And then there are those eyes. Hopper has the biggest, most curious little eyes that make it very hard not to fall completely in love with him. He's constantly taking in the world around him, ready to see what's happening and make sure he's not missing anything important.

Hopper is still just a puppy, so he's got plenty of growing, learning, and exploring ahead of him. He's already showing us that he's confident, social, adaptable, and full of personality. Basically, he's a tiny package with a whole lot going on—and he's ready to find his people.
