Riley is the total package. At just five months old, this beautiful Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix is already showing what an incredible dog she's going to be. She's whip-smart, eager to learn, and has all the makings of an amazing lifelong companion.

She's already completely potty trained and has an excellent foundation of manners. Like any puppy, she'll benefit from continued positive, science-based training, but she's a quick learner who genuinely enjoys working with her people. Riley is the kind of dog who wants a job, whether that's learning new tricks, hiking trails, playing fetch, or simply being your best friend.

She absolutely loves other dogs and has wonderful social skills. Riley knows when another dog isn't interested in puppy antics and is respectful of their boundaries. That said, she'd be thrilled to have a playful canine buddy to romp around with. She would fit beautifully into a home with another friendly dog, but she'd also do great as your one-and-only as long as she gets plenty of exercise, adventures, and opportunities to play. Trips to the beach, hiking, or long neighborhood walks would make her one happy girl.

One of the things we love most about Riley is her balance. She has plenty of energy for fun and adventure, but once she's had a chance to get her exercise, she's more than happy to settle down and relax with her family. She truly has the best of both worlds.
