Rolo may have started life on the streets of Puerto Rico, but today he’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will see how special he truly is. Though he can be a little shy in new situations, Rolo’s sweet and gentle nature shines through once he feels safe. He’s incredibly loyal to his people, loves affection, and is happiest when he can be close to those he trusts. Rolo does best with slow introductions to new dogs and people, but once he warms up, he’s everyone’s friend. He’s a smart little guy who already knows his basics, walks well on a leash, and is learning that the world isn’t such a scary place when you have love and patience by your side.
